Our highly trained and knowledgeable Member Service Representatives (“MSRs”) become a powerful extension of your internal staff. While we collaborate with you to define the best communications strategies and business rules for your projects, our MSRs deliver a positive, seamless image to your members.

Member Welcome Calls
This call extends a warm welcome to new members and introduces expanded credit union services. MSRs will detail specific credit union benefits and explain additional services that may be applicable to new members. The call can close with a transfer to the credit union, a specific appointment for a call back, or a fulfillment package for selected services.

Lead Generation
New and existing members often are not aware of everything your credit union offers. Our Lead Generation calls specifically reach out to your members who may have loans with other institutions and present them with new products and rates. This proactive outreach increases sales and enhances member satisfaction by providing valuable product offers and information.

Indirect Conversion
Many of your credit union services may be unknown to members who have joined through car dealerships, insurance agents, and other distribution channels. As a result, our Indirect Conversion calls are designed to inform these members of your credit union’s range of diverse services and benefits.

Inactive/Dormant Accounts
Our MSRs can contact members who have had no activity on their account for a minimum of six months or a specific time period as determined by you. The goal of this call is to generate new activity and loans on existing accounts that have been dormant. If necessary and based on your specifications, MSRs also can help members close these inactive accounts.

Surveys
When you receive feedback directly from your members, you gain powerful insights into how to improve and enhance your services. Our survey calls are customized to your specific criteria and can be a very effective marketing tool for your company’s growth.
