Our services are available to over 14 million credit union members. We have approximately 200 credit union clients and also work with over 300 additional credit unions through the Financial Services Centers Cooperative (FSCC) shared branch network.

Combined Power with PSCU Financial Services
In March 2007, Digital Dialogue was acquired by PSCU Financial Services (www.pscufs.com), the nation’s largest Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO).
As a non-profit cooperative established in 1977, PSCU provides a broad array of cost-effective, high quality financial services that include credit, debit, ATM, prepaid, bill payment, lending, and contact center solutions. The company is owned by more than 500 member credit unions representing over 11 million cardholder accounts and more than 615,000 online bill payment subscribers.
Digital Dialogue alone provides over 200 call center representatives while PSCU adds an additional 500 representatives. Combined, Digital Dialogue and PSCU serve over 1100 financial institutions. Digital Dialogue maintains two redundant call center facilities located in Taylor, MI and Auburn Hills, MI; PSCU has facilities in St. Petersburg, FL and Phoenix, AZ.
